The M7 is very well made and not too hard to assemble. I am out of shape so this thing is tough for me but that is my fault not the machine... love the interface! and the machine is SUPER SMOOTH!

      Hello JW. There is no minimum or maximum height requirement for using the Bowflex Max Trainer M7. We have employees ranging in height from 4'11" - 6'6" who are able to use this machine comfortably.
